What is in the example report?
The example is a complete inspection report as Kamerinspectie produces it as a PDF. It starts with an overview of the property, the tenant(s) and the type of inspection, followed by the condition of each room with photos. Then come meter readings, keys, damage, agreements and the signatures of both parties.
You use the same document as a condition report at the start of the tenancy or as a move-out report when the tenant leaves. Only the type of inspection differs, so your reports are always easy to compare.
