For the end of the tenancy

Move-out inspection report fast and complete

At handover, record the condition of the property and compare it with the start. A thorough move-out report makes the final settlement and the deposit fair and indisputable.

Why a move-out inspection report?

At handover everything comes down to one question: was new damage caused during the tenancy? With a move-out report you record the final condition and compare it with the condition at move-in. That is how you objectively determine which costs you may deduct from the deposit.

With Kamerinspectie you walk through each room recording condition and cleanliness, capture new damage with photos, and note the final meter readings. Both parties sign on the spot — the report is immediately downloadable and shareable as a PDF.

  • Easily compare the final condition with the move-in report
  • Record new damage with photos, cost estimate and who pays
  • Note the final readings for gas, water, electricity and heat
  • Substantiate indisputably which part of the deposit you withhold
Assessing the condition of each room in a move-out report

An indisputable handover

Everything the end of a tenancy needs, in one digital report that holds up as evidence.

Compare with move-in

Alongside the move-in report you instantly see which damage is new. No more disputes about what was already there at the start.

Damage with cost estimate

Record new damage per room with photos, a description, who bears the cost and a cost estimate — the basis for the final settlement.

Final meter readings

Note the meter readings at handover with a photo, so the final energy settlement is never a point of contention.

Signed immediately

Landlord and tenant sign digitally on screen. The signatures are embedded in the PDF.

Keys returned

Record which keys, passes and codes were handed back, so the handover is fully documented too.

Because you create both the move-in and move-out reports in Kamerinspectie, you have them side by side. This lets you objectively establish, per room, which damage was caused during the tenancy.
Damage that was caused during the tenancy and does not count as normal wear and tear may, in principle, be withheld from the deposit. A move-out report with photos and signatures is the evidence for this. Kamerinspectie does not provide legal advice — consult a specialist if in doubt.
