Frequently asked questions about the move-out report

They are different names for the same record of the property's condition at the end of the tenancy. In the Netherlands this is also called an "opleverrapport" or, legally, a "proces-verbaal van oplevering". In Kamerinspectie you create it as a move-out report.

Because you create both the move-in and move-out reports in Kamerinspectie, you have them side by side. This lets you objectively establish, per room, which damage was caused during the tenancy.
