Delete your account
You can delete your account and all related data yourself at any time, via the website or the Android app.
How to delete your account
- Log in at kamerinspectie.nl or open the Kamerinspectie app.
- Open the menu and go to Account.
- Scroll to Delete account, optionally give a reason and confirm.
Delete only part of your data
Want to delete only some of your data and keep your account? On the website or in the app, open the inspection report, property, tenant, custom field or photo and choose Delete. It is deleted straight away. A property or tenant can be deleted once no report is linked to it anymore.
Can't log in anymore?
Send an email to info@kamerinspectie.nl from your account's email address. We will delete your account within 30 days.
What we delete
You are logged out immediately and your account can no longer be used. Within 30 days we permanently delete your properties, rooms, tenants, inspection reports, photos, signatures and API keys.
What we keep
Purchases and invoices are kept for 7 years, as required by tax law. We also keep anonymous counts of your account's properties, tenants and reports for statistics.
